The historic complex of Villa Tagliava represents an exceptional opportunity to acquire a property located in the centre of Villagrazia di Carini and in an interesting area from both a historical, cultural and natural point of view.
The complex consists of a very large historic villa and a series of annexed structures for a total of about 1,700 square meters (Chapel and sacristy-Frantoio with chimney-Residential body connected to the historic villa and the mill) The buildings are arranged around a garden courtyard of 1500 square meters, which were built between the seventeenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century. It was inhabited by the Gagini family, the most important family of Renaissance sculptors in Sicily, who contributed to the creation of part of the complex and its fascinating Baroque chapel. The battlements on the roof of the villa, reminiscent of those of ancient castles, testify to the historical importance of the family to which it belonged. Inside the villa you can also admire ancient frescoes on vaulted ceilings with stylised flowers in Art Nouveau style
The entire complex certainly lends itself to being converted into a structure for commercial and/or residential use.
